Candidate Terms

Registration and Information

• Candidates must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering with Tech-Fieldsolutions
• Candidates are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information
• Candidates must notify Tech-Fieldsolutions immediately of any changes to their information

Job Applications

• Candidates understand that Tech-Fieldsolutions acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers
• Tech-Fieldsolutions does not guarantee job placement or employment
• Candidates are responsible for their own performance and conduct during interviews and employment

Client Terms

Service Agreement

• Clients agree to provide accurate job descriptions and requirements
• Clients agree to pay all fees as agreed upon in the service agreement
• Clients understand that Tech-Fieldsolutions provides candidates but does not guarantee candidate performance

Payment Terms

• Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements
• Late payments may incur additional fees as specified in the agreement
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing

SMS and Communication Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you agree to receive appointment reminders and important updates from Tech-Fieldsolutions. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply.

• You can opt-out at any time by replying "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any message
• Reply "HELP" for assistance
• Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase
